Michael S. Rodriguez is a Delaware-admitted attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate, and a broad range of civil and criminal matters. He is dedicated to providing practical, results-driven legal representation while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their case.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Rodriguez honorably served on active duty in the United States Air Force. As a Non-Commissioned Officer, he attained the rank of Technical Sergeant and completed overseas deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. His military service instilled discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility—qualities that continue to define his approach to legal advocacy.

Mr. Rodriguez earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, following completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of the Air Force. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Rodriguez is an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. He is also a strong supporter of animal welfare organizations, including Faithful Friends Animal Society in Delaware.
